The trailer wiring adapters are not vehicle specific. They are universal and will be matched by what type of connector is on the tow vehicle and what type of connector is on the trailer.

You can reset the controller by unplugging it for 15 minutes. However that should not be needed if you just need to adjust the output power. Just use the buttons on the left of the controller to select the output voltage you want. I have included a link to the installation instructions so you can see the procedure. The AutoStop braking systems can be used on several vehicles as long as they are using the correct corresponding tow bar. That being said, our installers here are not big fans of the AutoStops at all. I can't recommend them for you as I don't think it will work very well for you. I'd begin by testing the 7-way on the Land Rover. The trailer wiring FAQ I've linked you to will show you which pins on the 7-way will show voltage as each turn signal/brake lamp/ running lamp function is activated. Make sure the 7-way is wired as shown in the FAQ. Then, plug the adapter into the 7-way and test each function. If you don't have a circuit tester, we offer one as part # PTW2993.

What you can do is test the wiring of the connector you found with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to see if there is a stoplight switch circuit on the harness that you could use to install the Prodigy Brake controller part # 90885, but we do not have a plug in harness that will allow for brake controller installation on your vehicle. If not, then you will need to wire the controller up to the wiring of your brake switch like the install instructions for the # ETBC7 indicate.

The best way to install a brake controller like the Prodigy P2 part # 90885 on a vehicle like your 2001 Mercedes 320 that has a factory 4-way is to use the # ETBC7 that you purchased as well and install it according to the installation instructions by hardwiring everything. The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is an excellent choice for a brake controller and one of our favorites because of how easy it is to setup and use. To install it you will want to make these connections:
White - Ground
Red - COLD side of the stop light switch (only gets hot when brake is pressed)
Black - Positive terminal on battery (using a Circuit Breaker # PTW2992 along that wiring)
Blue - Run to the brake controller function on your 7-Way

The Wheel Masters Vision Plus Extendable Towing Mirrors part # WM6500 has not been fit tested on the 2003 Land Rover Discovery II. However, I spoke to my contact at Wheel Masters who said you can test this yourself by checking under the edge of the bottom of your vehicle's door. If the door's bottom edge is more than 1-1/2 inches wide, the mirrors will not fit because it will be too wide for the clips to strap onto. If the edge is less than 1-1/2 you have a fit.

I have another option for you, but we do not have a 10" diameter wheel that has the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and a pilot hole of 3.19". The two 10" wheels that we offer with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern both have a 2.80" diameter pilot hole, and a 3.19" diameter hub bore is not standard with this size wheel.

As far as I know, both Thule and Yakima have made bike racks for Land Rover. I spoke with my contact at Thule and he said that key number 4133 is not one of their key numbers. My contact at Yakima said that all of their key numbers begin with an A and follow with 3 digits. If the number on your key is A133, rather than 4133, you will want the Yakima Replacement Key # Y8772-A133.
